I'm on a Mission to help you!

I'm on a mission to help women love themselves, everything about themselves. Let me begin by getting a little personal. As a teenager, I was told by various members of my family that I was "chunky." When I made the cheer leading team in high school, I had a cousin who loved to say that it was easy to spot me, because I was the "mas gordita." That's Spanish for the fattest one out there. This mortified me. So I did what many adolescent girls did back then when they thought they were fat. I became bulimic.

I spent most of my high school years avoiding food at all costs. And when I had to eat, I would shortly excuse myself to go to the bathroom and barf it all up.

It wasn't until I was in college that I got into the gym scene. It was then that I learned about nutrition and proper exercise. I also learned how damaging my high school behavior had been. I spent the next few years learning everything I could about health and wellness from the gym perspective.

In college I experienced a big blow. At a party, someone laced my drink and sexually assaulted me. This sent me into a whirlwind depression. By the grace of God, I was able to crawl out of that.

Over the years (20 years) of working in gyms, I realized that women go through so many challenges. We are constantly told that we are not good enough, not thin enough, not young enough, not capable enough. This is not true.

Women are strong. We create life, raise families, run businesses, overcome barriers, run households, and we do this in spite of society constantly sending us messages that we are not enough.

It is because of this that I am on a mission to help you. You are beautiful. You are strong. You work hard, put yourself last, sacrifice your needs time and time again. This is why I am a health coach. Because in order for you to continue to give your best to those you love, You absolutely must make yourself and your health a priority. You deserve to look and feel your best. Your loved ones deserve to have you feeling your best. When we neglect ourselves, burning the candle at both ends, we end up just going through the motions. You deserve better than this.

I know this, because I've been there. I've known depression. I've lived in self loathing. I've been told that I wasn't enough. I don't want another women to ever feel like they aren't beautiful, strong, or capable of living a life that they deserve.

I spent 2019 adding things to my toolbox to better serve you. As a health coach, I can help you change your lifestyle to make healthier choices. I can teach you how to eat. I can give you an exercise plan. But health is so much more than that. This is why I spent 2019 learning how I can better help you.

I recently became certified in cryotherapy.

I'm so excited to offer this treatment to my clients. Over the years I have seen women in the gym do everything right. I've had clients eat right, drink enough water, exercise every day, get enough sleep...and sometimes there is still that one spot on the body that doesn't change. For me, it's always been my back. For whatever reason, I always have a bulge on my back around my bra line. I can't seem to get rid of it no matter how hard I work.

Cryo is a non invasive therapy that helps to lose inches, rid the body of unwanted fat cells, lift and tone, and increase collagen. I can't wait to help you look and feel your best with this new technology. Learn more and schedule your FREE consult with me by clicking on this link https://sabrinaf1.wixsite.com/website/cryoskin
