Daily Movement is essential to health, although exercise does not have to be strenuous to be effective. The ayurvedic approach to exercise is unique to the needs of the individual, following the belief that What is medicine for one person can be poison for another. Taking this into consideration, I have provided a variety of exercise modalities below. Each routine is less than 30 minutes. Some of these routines include light cardio, yoga, and body resistance. Sadly, modern life often requires that we spend more and more time in a sedentary position. This is why I am providing short routines that can be done in the comfort of your own home.
