Big Goals through Small Achievements
1. Monitor your daily water intake.
2. Get in daily movement.
3. Give yourself 5 minutes to just sit and breathe.
4. Work on letting go of one unhealthy habit at a time.
These are just a few things that you can do to reach your health goals. They may not seem like a lot, but over time, these things add up to big gains in overall health & fitness.
I've witnessed too many clients over the years try to fit in 100 million health changes at once. They end up getting overwhelmed with all of the changes and just stop. Then they revert back to old habits and... you guessed it... the weight comes back.
Remember that the tortoise won the race, not the hare. If you are new on the journey of health & fitness, there is a lot to learn. Be patient with yourself. Be kind to yourself. And most importantly, don't stop, keep moving, one step at a time. I promise you will get there.
